2. Prendi nota del codice di ogni prodotto che vuoi acquistare;

3. Manda una mail per confermare la tua prenotazione*;

4. Ti risponderemo il prima possibile, comunicandoti l’importo totale;

5. Una volta eseguito il pagamento, il tuo ordine verrà: prodotto, confezionato artigianalmente e spedito;

( tramite corriere espresso, ti verrà inviato il track per monitorare la spedizione )

Essendo un prodotto artigianale di qualità e “rarità“ non collaboriamo con nessun rivenditore (italiano o estero) per cui non ci riteniamo responsabili se trovate i nostri prodotti in vendita da altre parti a prezzi diversi dai nostri; ci piace pensare che per mantenere la qualità e unicità dei nostri prodotti sia necessaria la passione che da sempre ci contraddistingue; ed è per questo che non accettiamo richieste da rivenditori esterni.

Se recedi ti saranno rimborsati i pagamenti che hai effettuato, (ad eccezione dei costi di spedizione).

Non è possibile recedere sui prodotti appositamente personalizzati per il cliente e nemmeno in caso di eventuali danni al prodotto causati durante il trasporto. In caso di mancato ricevimento della merce si prega di contattarci.
